TRAINING MODULES
Training built for the people who need to know what to do.
One Back Zebra training helps organizations build the awareness, communication, decision-making, and response skills needed to manage workplace emergencies.
Our training can be delivered as employee seminars, tabletop exercises, or customized scenario-based training for managers, security personnel, and other designated responders.
THE ONE BACK METHOD
Our training is built around the One Back Method:
OBSERVE → NOTIFY → EVACUATE → BARRICADE → ACT → CARE → KEEP
The method gives employees and security teams a simple framework for recognizing threats, communicating concerns, taking appropriate action, caring for others, and preserving the scene after an incident.
